Ruth Cadbury: Labour Candidate for Brentford and Isleworth Constituency
Proud to serve since 2015 Brentford, Isleworth, Chiswick, Osterley and Hounslow - the community I've lived in for over 30 years
It's been an honour to represent and work hard for the area where I have lived and raised my family for over 30 years. Since being elected in 2015 I've helped with constituencts with over 40,000 requests for help and support with some of the main issues being delays in immigration, anti-social behaviour and schooling.
I will keep listening and standing up for you. If you have any questions or need to get in touch please do so using the contact details below.
Working for Safer Communities
I've taken swift action in the face of rising violent crime under the Conservative Government. I've been fighting for more police on our streets to tackle crime and for more youth investment in youth services to support young people in our area.
I've been standing up against Brexit by voting against triggering Article 50 and voting against a disastrous Brexit deal four times. I will keep campaigning for a second referendum.
Standing up for schools and public services
After years of Tory cuts I will continue to campaign for more investment in our public services. I've demanded urgent increased in funding for our schools, further education colleges & for children with special needs and disabilities.
